Has anyone stayed at the Brigadune condos on Shore Drive within the last couple of years? I saw only one 2005 forum post that complained of it being run down and full of bugs.
They have a number of rental available through their management company, but they don%26#39;t have any photos on the website, so I%26#39;m sort of concerned. Sloan Realty has only a few units with some photos.
We%26#39;ve stayed at APAB in the past, but the Brigadune sounds like a nice place, large units, all oceanfront. We%26#39;ll be staying in June.
Thanks for the input.
Brigadune
I know the Brigadune is a bit older as far as decor; however, my parents have stayed there every year for the past 6 or 7 years and have never had a problem. You do need to bring your own beach towel.

I know this is a little late for a response...
Please remember that each condo at Brigadune AND other complexes are individually owned. Thus you can receive a different experience depending on where you stay. The building overall is extremely well-kept and there have been recent upgrades.
We own a 4th floor unit at the Brigadune and also a unit at Land%26#39;s End off of Kings Rd. We do rent, but not through a management company, thus saving you money on the rental. We welcome you to check out our properties (with pictures!) at www.homeaway.com; listing #161973 for the Brigadune and listing # 311336 for Land%26#39;s End.
