Seafood's good...But how about some steak?

We%26#39;re regular Myrtle Beach visitors and we know many great Seafood places but we%26#39;ve never ventured off of the national chain path for Steak while down there.

Where%26#39;s the best place to get a great steak in, and around, Myrtle Beach? Let me know your opinions with a rough price range. I don%26#39;t mind spending $40 for a steak I just like to know I%26#39;m going to be spending 40 before I show up.

Try Angelos in south MB, not sure if you will be able to spend $40, but maybe $25 to $30, %26amp; it%26#39;s well worth it. (This is an Italian place, but steaks %26amp; chops are their forte%26#39;, maybe they should advertize that).

Matt You should try ';The Texas Roadhouse'; on 17 in Garden City. It is not a part of the chain called ';texas roadhouse';north of Garden City , Iit is next to Maze Mania. We have been going there for 8 years now. We never leave MB without at least one stop there. My usual meal is a 10 oz sirloin with a large baked sweet potato mixed veg,and rolls with butter and a bucket of peanuts $12.00. No doubt the best!!! Enjoy and spend the other $28.00 on drinks later!! Jersey Girl.

My husband says the NY strip at Sara J%26#39;s in Garden City is the best steak he has ever eaten. This is quite a statement because my husband has eaten steaks all over the southeastern US.

I think Thoroughbred%26#39;s and Chucks are probably the most popular. This summer, my son had a wonderful steak at the Boundry House in Calabash, NC. It is owned by the Callahan%26#39;s (who have the Christmas shop and the Pea Landing Mercantile store). If you find yourself in Calabash, the Boundry House is excellent.

Thoroughbreds is the best place for steak in my opinion, the service is incredible too.
