Groceries

Hi everyone,

As our trip gets closer and closer we%26#39;re having more questions! Today%26#39;s is, I know there is a Harris Teeter in Mt. Pleasant, which is on the way to Sullivan%26#39;s (where we%26#39;re staying).

Should we purchase our groceries from there or just some stuff there and is there a better place for shrimp (making coconut shrimp one of the nights) since we%26#39;re right on the water and the shrimp boats are right there?

Also, is there a small store on Sullivan%26#39;s for snack/deli items that one of you could recommend?

Groceries

There is actually a new Publix on Ben Sawyer Blvd. that just recently opened and is much closer to Sullivan%26#39;s Island than the Harris Teeter.

For fresh shrimp, check out Magwood Seafood in Mt. Pleasant.

As far as on SI, I think the only place for snack items would probably be the BP... You%26#39;d most likely be better off just to go to the Publix in Mt. P just across the bridge. If you are going to have bicycles there, you can easily bike from SI to the Publix. There%26#39;s a nice bike path connecting SI %26amp; Mt. P, just have to be careful crossing the old Ben Sawyer bridge...

Hope you have a good trip!!
