Lunch Suggestions

Arriving for a week at HHI on Monday, staying at a beachfront hotel. Would like some suggestions for a reasonably priced, non -fast food, non-chain lunch. I%26#39;m thinking shrimp po-boys, grouper burgers, that kind of thing. Additionally, any suggestions as to a ';sports bar'; type of place where we can possibly watch Kentucky beat Arkansas next Saturday?

Lunch Suggestions

For that lunch the Sea Shack fits your needs.

For Sports Bars which will show your game. Callahans, Caseys, or Wild Wing Cafe.

Lunch Suggestions

I love lunch at the BoatHouse but you won%26#39;t be able to watch anything but the ocean!

Go to Woody%26#39;s. Owned by UK Grad.

Thanks all. Kycandycrn, is that Captain Woody%26#39;s, Woody%26#39;s Oyster Bar, or Woody%26#39;s Bagels, or are they all the same thing?

Captain Woody%26#39;s

Woody%26#39;s was great. Food was very good, and very reasonably priced.

Mad the Salty Dog Cafe look like McDonalds. Also enjoyed the Sea Shack for lunch. Had an oyster po boy that had so many oysters on it, more oysters than if you bought a fried oyster platter elsewhere.

These two places definitely met our needs for lunch.

We plan to be at Captain Wood%26#39;s on October 4 watching the Cats beat South Carolina!

Glad you enjoyed it!
