Looking for a Beach house with an Elevator

My family is looking for a beach house with an elevator. It only needs to sleep 9 (3 couples, two young adults and one 9 year old).

It must also be oceanfront. I found a few online but some of them are just too expensive, $7000 to $8000 a week. We%26#39;re looking for something in the $2000 to $4000 a week in the mid to late August dates. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Ron

I know you%26#39;re more familiar with south Grand Strand but here are some NMB realtors.

Just did a quick look at Elliott site and found two with elevators. Like you%26#39;ve already found out they%26#39;re large houses. One sleeps 16 and the other 26.

Might look at duplexes. Something with an upper and lower unit. Some of those have long boardwalks out and over the dunes. Some of those have a wide deck like area built out on the dune.

Negative there would be not unusual for the lower units not having view of beach.

I%26#39;d give the realtors a call and see what they can come up with. I know Elliott goes to great lengths to help.

Ever thought about Cape Hatteras (OBX)? They have hundreds that fit what you%26#39;re looking for except the location. Lots of different realty companies too. I%26#39;ve stayed in many of them.

contact hobbsrealty.com in holden beach nc. their site lists a number of units with elevators. good luck!

Ron, how about a large condo. I%26#39;ve seen some on vrbo...4-5 bedrooms, plenty of space. Everything on one floor, some are handicap accesible if that is what you need. Oceanfront too. And of course most will have a pool. Not many houses have that.

Large, oceanfront beach house under $4000 will be hard to find.
