Sports bars and casual food

I am meeting my buddy next weekend for some golf and guy time which includes watching some college football. We are looking for a good, inexpensive sportsbar with alot of tv%26#39;s and good food. Any other good casual seafood/steak place would be wonderful. Thanks!

I like Casey%26#39;s on New Orleans Road. They have loads of tv%26#39;s around a square shaped bar. The food is good as well. Otherwise there is Wild Wing Cafe or Hinchey%26#39;s in Coligny Circle but I would go to Caseys. Good happy hour as well!

Noles, your best bet is Hinchey%26#39;s by far. In my opinion, they blow Casey%26#39;s out of the water, especially in the food department! Have a great trip!!

Thanks guys. Luckily I will be there on Thursday so I will have the opportunity to try both places. I appreciate you taking the time.

Please let us know how you enjoyed each!!

Check out Captain Woody%26#39;s at the Palmetto Bay Marina. Very good, reasonably priced seafood and a great hamburger. Very casual, as it is a ';boaty'; place. The indoor area is basically a sports bar. I will admit that I am partial, as the place is owned by UK grads and they have one TV dedicated to only UK sports, but we really did enjoy this place.

If you go to Hinchey%26#39;s then you must have the philly cheesesteak or any of their burgers as they are fantastic. Wild Wing just have wings, celery and bar snacks. If you go to Casey%26#39;s then I love the major league nachos and again their burgers. I like the food in all of the places but if its loads of tv%26#39;s that you want and you want to sit at the bar then Casey%26#39;s is the one. Hinchey%26#39;s bar is smaller and you might not get a seat but the guy that works behind the bar is great and remembers your drink everytime you go in! That being said we normally go when it is busier but at this time of the year it might be ok. Wild Wing and Hincheys are across the road from each other so you could start off at one and end up at the other. They both have live music of an evening but not sure if that is still on if its out of season.

I loved Wild Wings the few times I was there. Lots of TV%26#39;s and great wings!

Hinchey%26#39;s is the place....they always treat you like friends there.
