fergy-Did you change your plans from PCB to MB? I was reading your post on the summit. We are going to PCB Oct 6-13 and staying at the summit and I have a teenage son. Thought maybe they could email one another and maybe throw the football around on the beach. He is upset bc none of his friends could go and thinks he will be bored. I hope ya%26#39;ll have a great vacation!!!

we were originally looking at PCB (REALLY wanted to try there)

but we don%26#39;t have enough time because of my son%26#39;s fall baseball games and school. we%26#39;ve never been to MB and are very excited

and can do the trip quicker on our schedule. That would have

been fun to have the kids get together. Hope you guys have

a great trip %26amp; please post a review on the Summit %26amp; PCB when

you get back - we%26#39;ll get there someday....

I understand-driving 20 hrs would not be fun anyway!! We only have about 10 hrs to drive. We have been to PCB many times but never stayed at the summit bc during the summer the place is a little wild for my taste! We have talked about MB several times but never done it. I will also look for your trip review when you return. Maybe someday we will get there also! Hope ya%26#39;ll have beautiful weather and a great trip! Last fall break in PCB my son fell on our first day there (been on the beach for about 15 mins) and broke his leg and ended up having surgery! Hopefully this year will be better.

We%26#39;re staying at HARBOUR LIGHTS,not on the beach,but we did all that this summer with the kids.This trip is adults only.We will visit the beach probably at HUNTINGTON BEACH STATE PARK.While the guys golf ,the gals relax.....can%26#39;t wait!!!

Unseasonably warm. Mid 80%26#39;s all week, water temps warm. Wife and kids just came back yesterday.

that must have been awful for your family, your poor son.

how heartbroken he must have been and I%26#39;m sure you

couldn%26#39;t relax after that.

you will have a great trip this year and make up for it.

i am not looking forward to the 11 hour drive with a 2, 4, %26amp; 10 year olds but it is definitely better than 20 hours. lol .. I must be nuts

but we%26#39;ll do mostly night driving while their asleep if all goes well

and thank God for the minivan DVD player..lol
