Looking to vacation around Charleston, SC (within a 10 min drive to town) on the dates of November 30, 2007...checkout on Monday the 3rd of December. My budget is $325.00 (this includes 2 adults)for the weekend. So if you have a cottage, carriage house, condo,etc, that you are looking to rent out please let me know. I know sometimes there is a last minute cancellation and places still need to be booked.Ive been looking and cant seem to find anything remotely affordable with winter rates. For cottages or condos, consider Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, or Sullivans Island. The drive is more like 20 minutes, but very easy; and the beach atmosphere is nice.
Within 10 minutes of downtown, you are limited to hotels, motels, and b%26amp;b%26#39;s. Within Charleston proper there are few, if any, private residences available for short-term rent.
