Business Lunchs and dinners

I am organizing a business retreat for 5 execs. I need to make reservations for 2 dinners and 1 lunch. They are Staying the first night (Monday) in Palmetto Dunes and I need a nice place for a Welcome dinner. They will just have gotten off of a 7 hour flight. We need a nice place that is quiet but formal enough for business. I then need a place for Lunch the next day. They will be meeting at the Marriott Resort. Is there anyplace close they can go for lunch for 2 hours? They are ending the stay with a Sunset Dolphin Cruise on Thursday and I need suggestions for a nice restaurant in Harbortown. Any ideas?

The hotel has a restaurant called Conroys, named for the local Author. It is quite good, or you can go to Shelter Cove across 278 to the Ocean Grill.

for lunch the next day go to the Sea Grass Grill in Plantation Center just outside PD.

Finally the best restaurant in Harbor town is CQ%26#39;s.

Also, right in Palmetto Dunes is Alexanders that has a nice private room you can dine in. The food is excellent.
